Café 22: a reopening at 43 North Audley Street
Overseen by Guillaume Glipa, a Certified Sommelier and industry expert, the menu features Parisian classics such as Canard à l’Orange, pommes de terre croustillantes and agen prune. The Café is located in The Twenty Two, a luxury boutique hotel in Mayfair, London. With the new entrance placed on 43 North Audley Street, guests enter into a freshly designed interior that excellently balances Mayfair elegance with Parisian nonchalance.
Another new addition is that of an artist in residence, creating the atmosphere of an intimate gallery within the restaurant. Presently, this is Mahi Binebine, the Moroccan painter and sculptor, curated by Polly-Anna Monckton of ACA Galleries. Binebine utilises layers of beeswax, natural pigment and textile in his figures, and has work held in the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art in Washington, Pérez Art Museum Miami, and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York.

A sophisticated weekend brunch is also available, featuring lobster rolls, croque monsieur and wagyu Côte de Boeuf. Furthermore, alongside a new rolling Martini trolley, the Café will introduce a cocktail menu, focused on elevated French classics.

Whether visiting for a Saturday brunch or a candlelit dinner, neighbourhood restaurant Café 22 promises both classy decoration and skillfully constructed food.
