DeMellier Opens Its First London Flagship

There’s a new address for handbag lovers in London. London-based luxury handbag brand DeMellier celebrated the opening of its first-ever Flagship in London on 22nd October 2026, a milestone that feels like a natural next step for a label that has been growing steadily since its launch in 2017.

The opening night was a star-studded affair. Simone Ashley, Lesley Manville and Katarina Johnson-Thompson were among the guests who came to toast the occasion, and the evening was kept intimate, with a private performance from British singer-songwriter Birdy adding a memorable touch.

The boutique itself was designed by acclaimed Belgian architect Nicolas Schuybroek, who has taken DeMellier’s world and turned it into a physical space. The interior reflects the values the brand is known for: timeless elegance, craftsmanship and thoughtful design. It’s an inviting setting, the chance to see, touch and experience the bags in person rather than through a screen.

Founded in London by Mireia Llusia-Lindh, DeMellier set out to do things differently: modern, thoughtfully designed handbags priced with integrity. The award-winning brand is built on three values: crafting ethically and sustainably, empowering women, and giving back to children in need.

With its first flagship now open, DeMellier gives its community a home of its own in London.
