AS THE RETURN TO ROUTINE ARRIVES POST-SUMMER, HEYDUDE RESPONDS TO THE NEW COMMUTE
The commute to work has taken a different path. Hybrid working has become the new normal and HEYDUDE are designing for people constantly on the move. As a result of this, across the UK, commuting has evolved into running errands, afternoon workout classes, with flexibility taking priority. Among younger generations, daily routines are increasingly being prioritised for productivity, time management and focusing on wellbeing.
As routines become more varied, expectations of everyday products are changing too. People are looking to find footwear that moves effortlessly between different moments in the day, balancing lightweight comfort, versatility and style. The Collection is facilitating these modern routines, whether you’re heading into the office, setting up at a café, or grabbing drinks with friends after work. HEYDUDE isn’t made for just one destination; it’s made for all the moments in between.

To mark the beginning of a new routine, HEYDUDE hosted the Comfort Class Lounge at 180 The Strand in London on Thursday 10 September. The one-day-only workspace allowed for guests to have a base, within their morning commute, a space to take a break, work, and meet for lunch. The HEYDUDE collection was on full display for visitors to browse and catch up with the brand team.
The Comfort Class Lounge reflected the changing shape of the working day, where the commute increasingly encompasses the places and moments around work rather than simply the journey to and from the office.
