LAVO al Mare: A Summer by the Sea, Served in Marylebone

The BoTree’s coastal Italian restaurant in the heart of London is launching ‘LAVO al Mare’ in partnership with Grey Goose®. Running from 22nd May to 30th August, the existing terrace has been transformed into a Riviera-inspired escape with roaming limited edition cocktails coupled with mini snack pairings, a live DJ and crisp white linens; setting the tone every Friday from 5-10pm for the ultimate coastal Italian hideaway.
Celebrating the unparalleled quality, exceptional smoothness and distinctive taste of GREY GOOSE® vodka, a selection of limited-edition martinis and spritzes will be served tableside from a roaming drinks trolley. Highlights include the Basil Martini, Truffle Dirty Martini, Mediterranean Spritz and Limoncello Spritz – all of which will be available at the LAVO Bar for guests dining in the main restaurant throughout the season.

A new seasonal summer menu in the main LAVO restaurant features an indulgent selection of Italian seafood dishes. Designed for sharing and served tableside, the whole sea bream is a menu highlight, alongside the hero Seafood Platter, featuring a selection of oysters, salmon and tuna tartare, mussels, clams and prawns.
The menu continues with Tempura Baby Courgette Flowers with ricotta seirass, Amalfi lemon and honey; Oysters on the Half Shell served with limoncello mignonette; and a Penne alla Vodka, a vegetarian dish with spicy tomato, cream and vodka.

This curated menu is designed for a memorable and vibrant dining experience.
At the LAVO bar, mini versions of the bespoke cocktails will be paired with harmonious sweet and savoury bites. This menu comprises a Bergamot Martini served alongside an Oyster with Limoncello Mignonette; a Truffle Dirty Martini paired with Truffle Arancini; and a Basil Martini accompanied by a Mini 20-Layer Peanut Butter Cake – LAVO’s signature dessert.

This stylish, city-centre escapist destination amalgamates music, martini cocktails and Mediterranean flavours brought to central London this Summer.
