CHANEL Unveils Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif with star-studded U.S. Debut

On the 25th of September, New York was baptised in cobalt as the house unveiled Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif, its latest olfactory weapon. The venue? Le Jardin Sur Maison. A space so exquisite it made the Empire State Building blush. Yes, its famous lights glowed blue. Subtle, right?
Olivier Polge, CHANEL’s perfumer and alchemist-in-chief, presented his creation: a fragrance with the audacity to declare itself the ultimate expression of masculinity. Think amber-wood dipped in resin, smoothed with sandalwood sourced exclusively from Maré, New Caledonia. Afragrance carved from cedar and vetiver, tempered in molten amber, draped in the weight of dark leather and tobacco, it carries the gravity of mountains and the intimacy of skin.Arresting, unabashed – rich with power and complexity.

The guest list read like an avant-garde fever dream: actors, models, singers. The night gathered an eclectic mix of familiar faces, from skater-turned-style icon Evan Mock and indie favourite Faye Webster to R&B star Miguel, the effortlessly cool Teyana Taylor, and celebrated songwriter Lucy Dacus. DJ Sam French looked after the gang, curating a soundtrack that emulated the nocturnal vivacity of NYC. And, as if Bleu’s spell hadn’t already conquered the room, Daniel Caesar appeared for a surprise set, serenading New York’s nobility under sapphire light.

The crowd remained. Spritzed. Conquered. Unapologetically suave. Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif bottles inevitability. Masculinity redefined; mystique made wearable. You don’t wear it. You wield it.
