Reimagining the way we view collections, Jawara Alleyne steers away from fleeting runways and instead presents an impactful exhibition to share his newest AW26 collaboration with Converse. The innovative display presents garments as art pieces, inviting the audience to experience details up close in an immersive space.

Choosing ‘nightlife’ as the core inspiration for his free-spirited collection, he highlights how the current loss of clubs and third spaces leads to a drought in ways to shed the pressure of daily life. As opportunities to dress up and gather diminish, Jawara unveils his work through a presentation, followed by an after-party, spotlighting the essential role of lived experiences and escapism.

In Jawara Alleyne and Converse’s third installment of their partnership they celebrate the iconic Chuck Taylor’s new younger sibling, the Chuck Taylor Lo. Customising the latest silhouette in exclusive styles that demonstrate his hands-on approach through finger-painted textures, drawn signatures and playful finishes. The modern reinterpretation of the classic style provides a minimalist canvas for Jawara’s artistic expressions. Tassel details, layered paints and stacked laces introduce movement and dimension to your typical footwear.
In garments, the AW26 collection presents a colour story guided by the paintings of Brazilian artist Paulo Nimer Pjota. Through layers of netting and lace he redesigns how we view vivid shades of magenta and cyan. Combined with deconstructed silhouettes and detachable elements, Jawara truly reflects the energy of a wild night out.
